- Modify wording on delete record popup for the 4 different record types

- Add Hover Text to Not-Detected Record Creator for Hours Searched field
- Move default placement of record create wizard to the right
- Add the ability to turn layers on/off from within the Filter Tool
- Add Layer On/Off Toggles in Report Wizard for all Reports/Exports
- Add present_species_id to website export
- Add text note to remind users to include observation photos with their presence records
- Species List IDs: standardize display and labeling within iMap
- iNaturalist record details field "View iNaturalist Network Species Page" not a valid hyperlink
- iNaturalist record's identify network species page field linking to iMap dev
- Regional Management Partnerships GIS Layer - change Capital-Mohawk to Capital Region
The following bugs were fixed in this release:
- The Network Species Page link on iNaturalist records is directed to the DEV site
- Shape integrity error preventing Identify/Measure tool from reporting records
- Blue streaks appearing on presence record inset maps
- Geographic Map Layers are NOT Displaying in iMap When Zoomed In
- Survey123 Form – Not Detected Species Duplicated in iMap
